Recreational Team

The Recreational Team program caters to gymnasts who would like to participate in a competitive team environment with out a major time commitment.  In order to participate students must be in grade four or higher.  All students must practice two times per week.  Meets will take place at Gymnastics Express on select Fridays.  Tuition and schedule

Junior Olympic Team

Naturally-talented students who radiate a passion for the sport of gymnastics and are able to meet the required time commitment, are invited to our Junior Olympic programs.

As part of a team, these young athletes learn, and ultimately perform, the national guidelines for gymnastic skill and routines. Their interest in the sport and the camaraderie they share are ingredients for success, in and out of the competition arena.
