Facility

Our state-of-the-art facility has Olympic equipment for every gymnastics event as well as an inground trampoline and twelve foot deep training foam pit. With star-reaching ceilings throughout, you'll have a skybox view from our mezzanine level overlooking the gym.

Staff Directory

HEATHER C. LUFKIN: Heather, the "HCL" in our school's name, is a certified physical education teacher for grades K-12. To begin her career in teaching gymnastics, Heather combined her personal experience as an accomplished young athlete and gymnast with her college degree from Springfield College and five years of experience as a physical education teacher and varsity coach at Framingham North High School, MA. She taught gymnastics at the Gymnastics Learning Center, and continued in secondary school education, before spending close to five years as the Director at Woodland Gymnastics.  She fulfilled her lifelong goal of owning and operating a gymnastics school for children when she opened Gymnastics Express in 1992.  Her genuine love for teaching children and the commitment and integrity she exudes through her school are the gifts that she gives to the community. She has a strong philosophy about gymnastics: develop the whole child. Teach them to reach for goals while having fun and staying safe.
